Matthew S. Andrus is an attorney who represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of business matters, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, real estate transactions, estate and wealth planning, tax controversy, and tax planning. With a strong foundation in finance and tax law, Matthew delivers practical, strategic legal solutions tailored to the unique needs of businesses, individuals, and families.

Matthew graduated cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law where he attended on a full-tuition merit scholarship and was a member of the Oklahoma City University Law Review. After law school, Matthew obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Prior to law school, Matthew graduated cum laude from the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. He also worked in finance and banking for several years.
