Andrew R. Davis is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in high-stakes civil disputes and appeals, as well as administrative proceedings. His practice spans a wide array of cases, including malpractice, securities, insurance bad faith, and personal injury, with a focus on resolving complex legal issues through strategic litigation and advocacy. Andrew is licensed in Oklahoma and Texas and has participated in a number of jury trials and appeals in both states, as well as numerous administrative hearings in Oklahoma. Andrew graduated with highest honors from Oklahoma City University School of Law where he was editor-in-chief of the Oklahoma City University Law Review. Prior to law school, he was captain of the men’s basketball team at Texas A&M University-Commerce (now known as East Texas A&M University) and a two-time academic player of the year and academic All-American.
